　　3月15日下午，国家主席习近平在人民大会堂同来华进行国事访问的安哥拉总统洛伦索举行会谈。两国元首宣布，将中安关系提升为全面战略合作伙伴关系。

　　习近平指出，面对变乱交织的国际形势，中安两国要继往开来，坚定相互支持，共享发展成果，提升友好合作水平。
