　　据“广阳区人民法院”公号消息，河北廊坊市广阳区人民法院代院长在区人大会议上表示，对“唐山烧烤店打人案”保护伞、唐山市公安局原党委委员、路北分局原局长马爱军，以徇私枉法罪、受贿罪决定执行有期徒刑12年，并处罚金人民币70万元。（央视新闻客户端）
