　　本报北京11月6日电  （记者韩晓明）外交部发言人汪文斌6日宣布：中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理张国清将于11月8日在江西南昌与俄罗斯总统驻伏尔加河沿岸联邦区全权代表卡马罗夫共同举行中国长江中上游地区和俄罗斯伏尔加河沿岸联邦区地方合作理事会第四次会议。
